The procedure is easy…
Step 2.
We will then schedule the inspection for you. Our office will schedule the inspection directly with the agent. We will advise you of the day and time of the inspection.
Step 3.
We conduct the inspection. After the inspection we call you to discuss a summary of the inspection.
Step 4.
We prepare a comprehensive report. The report is emailed to you the same day as the inspection. In most cases you will have a further phone conversation with us after receiving your report to answer any questions or concerns.
